Smoked Brisket

Our brisket starts at 14 lb (pre-cooked) and typically yields about 8–9 lb cooked. That works out to approximately $25-$30 per cooked pound—tender, smoky, and packed with flavor for the whole family. One brisket comfortably feeds 15–20 people, especially with plenty of sides.

After you place your order, please email okiesmokin@gmail.com with your preferred pickup date and time (Midwest City, OK). Kindly allow at least 7 days’ notice. If I don’t hear from you, I’ll follow up by email within 24 hours.

What’s Included:

• 1 Full Brisket (14 lbs pre-cooked weight → yields 8–9 lbs of tender, smoked meat once cooked)
• 1 Large Coleslaw – Okie Slaw is made with 2 fresh heads of cabbage and shredded carrots
• 1 Loaf of Bread (choice of white or wheat)
• 1 Bottle of BBQ Sauce (40 oz Head Country Original)

This is the pre-cooked (raw weight). Actual wait will be 30% – 40% less making the actual amount of meat around 8 pounds. After you complete your order, email okiesmokin@gmail.com with your preferred date and time of pickup. Pickup is in Midwest City, OK. Orders require at least 7 days notice. (Includes 1 – fully cooked brisket, 1 – loaf of bread and 1 – 40 ounce bottle of Head Country BBQ sauce).
