Ingredients
- 1 lb ground hamburger meat (or sausage if you prefer)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups fiesta cheese
- 4 oz can diced green chilis
- 14 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp ground chili powder
- dash of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven or smoker to 400 degrees. If you have time and want a smokey flavor, preheat a smoker to only about 250 degrees.
- Brown your ground beef in a skillet on medium heat until brown and cooked through and then drain off the excessive grease.
- In a square pan add the drained ground beef and all of the ingredients at once.
- Place your pan in the oven or smoker. Cook for about 30 minutes until completely melted stirring occasionally. If you only preheated your smoker to 250 degrees, this process will take 1 hour or more.
- Remove from the heat let cool a few minutes and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, you can add onions, and additional cheeses, just know it will increase the amount of carbs per serving.
You can add toppings like jalapenos and cilantro after it has cooked.
Dip with pork rinds, zucchini fries, or veggies to keep it keto.
